Thirty is where most entry tiers have fallen away and the slider or per-tier climbs on the competitors become visible. It is also where a flat unlimited plan looks cheapest relative to everything else in the market.

Where free fits, where Pro is honest, what the competitor stack costs
The pattern across the three breakpoints is consistent. For a nutrition coach specifically, the free tier does not fit. The partial-fit note matters here too. None of these platforms run your meal-plan-only clients who never touch the workout builder gracefully, in the sense that you are still paying the full plan price for a client who uses one feature. QuickCoach handles this the same way the rest do, by counting the client against your roster cap regardless of how many features they use. The difference is that on QuickCoach the flat Pro price does not climb when that roster grows. On Everfit and Trainerize, every nutrition-only client sits on the same slider as your programming clients.
