Rehab coaching software cost changes with roster size, and the check-in-heavy nature of mobility work makes the feature fit matter as much as the price tag. These coaches run short sessions, frequent check-ins, and habit-heavy programmes, so the habit tracking and check-in features inside a platform matter as much as the client cap.

This page prices six platforms (QuickCoach, Trainerize, TrueCoach, Everfit, My PT Hub, and PT Distinction) at rosters of 10, 20 and 30 clients. Every figure is transcribed from the pricing record we maintain, last verified July 2026. Add-on stacks a rehab or mobility coach actually needs are listed explicitly. No blended or rounded prices.

This is a software pricing comparison, not a clinical guide. It does not cover rehab protocols, injury treatment, return-to-play timelines, or any clinical instruction, and nothing here implies coaching software diagnoses or treats injuries. Scope-of-practice questions, including what a coach may and may not do with a client carrying an injury, are answered in our scope-of-practice reference. If you arrived here looking for clinical guidance, that is the page to read instead.

The headline contrast. Trainerize's Pro slider climbs to $79/month at 30 clients before add-ons. QuickCoach Pro is one flat unlimited price at $39/month, or $32.50/month on annual billing, with multi-habit tracking and rich check-ins included. The gap widens with every client you add.

The short version

At 10 clients, QuickCoach Free $0 covers the roster within its 20-client cap. The cheapest paid competitor is Everfit Pro 10 at $29/month. Trainerize Pro 15 is $50, PT Distinction Pro is $59.90, TrueCoach Standard is $69.98, and My PT Hub Premium at $105 is the ceiling. Pricing only, not clinical advice.

At 10 clients

Ten clients is where most rehab and mobility practices start to take shape. The roster is small enough that several free or entry tiers still cover it, but the check-in volume is already real. A coach running weekly check-ins on ten clients is handling forty-plus data points a month before any programme edits.

Cost of coaching software for a rehab and mobility coach at 10 clients
Platform Plan at this roster Monthly Annual (per month) Habit/check-in features Notes
QuickCoach Free (up to 20 clients) $0 $0 Programming, workout builder, unlimited programs and tasks, client apps. Check-ins via tasks. Multi-habit tracking is Pro only. Pro at $39/$32.50 if branded app, push notifications, multi-habit tracking, or nutrition are needed before 20.
Trainerize Pro 15 (Pro 5 caps at 5) $50 $45 Habit tracking native. Check-ins via forms. Advanced Nutrition add-on $20/mo on Pro 15. Pro 5 caps at 5 clients, so Pro 15 is the first tier that covers 10. Custom Branded App $169 one-time plus $99/year Apple fee.
TrueCoach Standard (up to 20) $69.98 $57.99 Client tracker, in-app messaging, MyFitnessPal nutrition. Custom theming included. Starter caps at 5 clients, so Standard is the realistic entry point. No permanent free tier.
Everfit Pro 10 $29 $24 Tasks/habits included from the free Starter tier. Food journal and macros added in Pro. Free Starter caps at 5 clients. Payments & Packages add-on $9/mo ($8/mo annual) if you take payments in-platform.
My PT Hub Premium (unlimited) $105 $90 Habit coaching included. Automated check-ins, scheduled messaging and compliance tracking on Premium. Starter caps at 3 clients, 50 workouts, 50 nutrition plans. Custom-Branded App $145 one-time on Starter and Premium.
PT Distinction Pro (25 clients) $59.90 $59.90 Programming, client check-ins, custom-branded iOS and Android apps from Pro. Basic caps at 3 clients. No separate annual rate listed. Extra clients $2.40/mo each beyond the 25 included.

At ten clients the only zero-cost option is QuickCoach Free. It holds the full roster with no time limit, and the programming and workout builder are unlimited. The trade-off is that multi-habit tracking sits on Pro, so a coach whose model depends on rich habit check-ins will hit the upgrade decision earlier than the cap forces it. For most other platforms, ten clients already means paying: Everfit Pro 10 at $29 is the cheapest paid option, followed by PT Distinction Pro at $59.90. Our free vs paid coaching software guide works through the upgrade maths in detail.

At 20 clients

Twenty clients is the ceiling for several entry and mid tiers, and the point where the slider platforms start to climb. QuickCoach Free still holds the full roster. TrueCoach Standard hits its cap. Trainerize steps up to Pro 30, which is also where its Advanced Nutrition add-on moves from $20 to $45 a month.

Cost of coaching software for a rehab and mobility coach at 20 clients
Platform Plan at this roster Monthly Annual (per month) Habit/check-in features Notes
QuickCoach Free (up to 20 clients) $0 $0 Programming, workout builder, unlimited programs and tasks, client apps. Check-ins via tasks. Multi-habit tracking is Pro only. Pro at $39/$32.50 the moment habits, branding, push notifications, or nutrition are needed.
Trainerize Pro 30 $79 $71 Habit tracking native. Check-ins via forms. Advanced Nutrition add-on steps up to $45/mo at Pro 30 and above. Pro 15 caps at 15 clients, so Pro 30 is the first tier that covers 20. Custom Branded App $169 one-time plus $99/year Apple.
TrueCoach Standard (up to 20) $69.98 $57.99 Client tracker, in-app messaging, MyFitnessPal nutrition. Theming included. Most popular TrueCoach tier, and it hits its 20-client ceiling here.
Everfit Pro 20 ~$49 $41 Tasks/habits included. Food journal and macros in Pro. Branding included in Pro. Verify exact slider value when quoting mid-tier Pro prices. Payments & Packages $9/mo ($8/mo annual) optional.
My PT Hub Premium (unlimited) $105 $90 Habit coaching, automated check-ins, scheduled messaging, compliance tracking. Same tier as at 10. Unlimited clients throughout. Custom-Branded App $145 one-time.
PT Distinction Pro (25 clients) $59.90 $59.90 Programming, client check-ins, branded apps included from Pro. Pro covers 25 clients, so 20 fits with headroom. No separate annual rate listed.

Twenty is the last roster where free genuinely fits on QuickCoach. Past this point the Pro upgrade is required, and the question becomes how the flat $39 compares to the climbing sliders. Trainerize Pro 30 at $71 on annual billing is already more than double the QuickCoach Pro annual rate, before the $45 Advanced Nutrition add-on a coach running mobility work often wants. Our Trainerize pricing breakdown walks through the full slider and where the add-ons stack.

At 30 clients

Thirty clients is where the entry and mid tiers across the market run out. QuickCoach moves from Free to Pro. TrueCoach moves from Standard to Pro. Everfit moves from Pro 20 to Pro 35. The slider platforms keep climbing, and the flat-price platforms stay flat.

Cost of coaching software for a rehab and mobility coach at 30 clients
Platform Plan at this roster Monthly Annual (per month) Habit/check-in features Notes
QuickCoach Pro (unlimited) $39 $32.50 Multi-habit tracking (rich check-ins, ready-made packs, full history) and check-ins included. Nutrition in client plans included. Flat price from 21 clients onward. Branded app, push notifications, emails and printed plans included. Coach Workflows $14.99/mo optional.
Trainerize Pro 30 (covers 30) $79 $71 Habit tracking native. Check-ins via forms. Advanced Nutrition add-on $45/mo at Pro 30 and above. Pro 30 covers 30 clients exactly. Pro 50 ($135/$122) is the next step up if you want headroom. Custom Branded App $169 one-time plus $99/year Apple. Business $25/mo optional.
TrueCoach Pro (up to 50) $164.98 $136.99 Client tracker, in-app messaging, MyFitnessPal nutrition. Theming included from Standard up. Standard caps at 20 clients, so Pro is the only TrueCoach tier that covers 30.
Everfit Pro 35 $75 $63 Tasks/habits included. Food journal and macros in Pro. Branding included. Pro 20 caps at 20 clients, so Pro 35 is the first tier that covers 30. Autoflow automation $29/mo optional.
My PT Hub Premium (unlimited) $105 $90 Habit coaching, automated check-ins, scheduled messaging, compliance tracking. Still the same flat Premium tier. Does not scale with roster. Custom-Branded App $145 one-time.
PT Distinction Pro plus 5 extra clients $71.90 $71.90 Programming, client check-ins, branded apps included from Pro. $59.90 base plus 5 x $2.40 extra-client fee. Master at $89.90 (50 clients) is the all-in alternative. No separate annual rate listed.

By 30 clients the spread is wide. QuickCoach Pro is $39 flat with multi-habit tracking and rich check-ins built in. Trainerize Pro 30 is $71 before the $45 nutrition add-on. TrueCoach Pro is $136.99 on annual billing, nearly four times the QuickCoach Pro annual rate. My PT Hub Premium holds at $90, which is competitive on price, though coaches running habit-heavy mobility work tend to weigh the native habit and check-in tooling alongside the bill. The full Pro feature set on QuickCoach is laid out in our QuickCoach Pro feature and pricing breakdown.

The honest-cost call

At 10 and 20 clients, free genuinely fits on QuickCoach. The free tier is not a trial with a clock, and the 20-client cap covers a real rehab or mobility roster. No other platform in this comparison offers a free tier that holds 20 clients. Trainerize free is 1 client, Everfit free is 5, and the rest have no permanent free tier at all.

From 21 clients onward, QuickCoach Pro at $39 a month, or $32.50 a month on annual billing, is the honest flat price. The competitor stacks scale. Trainerize climbs to $79 a month at 30 clients before add-ons, and that is the same tier as QuickCoach Pro with none of the habit tracking included. TrueCoach jumps from $57.99 to $136.99 the moment you cross 20 clients. Everfit Pro 35 reaches $75 plus any add-ons. My PT Hub Premium stays at $90 flat, which is a genuinely competitive unlimited option, though the native habit and check-in tooling matters more for this niche than for general strength work. PT Distinction lands at $71.90 with extra-client fees at 30.

One contrast worth naming. Rehab and mobility coaches often stack a habit and check-in tool alongside their programming platform, because the check-in volume is higher than in general personal training. QuickCoach Pro's multi-habit tracking, rich check-ins, ready-made packs, and full check-in history are included in the $39 flat price. On Trainerize, the habit and check-in tooling is native, but the Advanced Nutrition add-on a mobility coach often wants is a separate $20 or $45 a month depending on the slider tier. This is a software-cost comparison, not a clinical-tools comparison. It does not weigh telerehab platforms, clinical EMRs, or anything outside the six coaching apps below. Scope-of-practice and what a coach may and may not do with injured clients sits in the scope-of-practice reference.

For the wider habit and check-in workflow, our online coaching client check-ins guide covers cadence and structure, and the client check-in questions list gives ready-to-use phrasing tuned to frequent check-ins. Our guide to assigning habits covers what coaches can and cannot do inside their scope. If you are still deciding which platform to commit to, the 2026 coaching software guide is the companion to this page.

How these figures were verified

Every price on this page is transcribed from the pricing record we maintain, the single source of truth for competitor and QuickCoach pricing across all our content. The ledger was last verified in July 2026 against each platform's public pricing page. We re-verify quarterly, and where a competitor announces a change between checks we flag and re-check before publishing.

We do not invent, round differently, or pull prices from memory or older drafts. Monthly billing and the per-month effective rate on annual billing are stated separately throughout, never blended. RRP (regular) rates are used, not temporary promo rates. Where a competitor scales by client count via a slider, we cite the specific breakpoint (for example, Trainerize Pro 30 or Everfit Pro 35) rather than implying one flat price. Custom-branded app and full white-label app are treated as distinct, because coaches confuse them constantly. The full ledger, including add-on details and notes, sits in our free coaching software comparison and the individual platform pricing pages.

Software cost is one input. The scope line matters more. Our coaching methods overview collects the programming, load, and scope-of-practice guides we publish for working coaches, and the scope-of-practice reference is the page to read before taking on a client carrying an injury. For load and recovery decisions that sit on the safe side of that line, the load management guide covers how to read fatigue signals and adjust weekly volume.
